Honor's flagship smartphones in 2024 all aim to go beyond hardware limits.
Honor Magic6 and Magic6 Pro are equipped with the leading Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, vivid OLED LTPO screen and three impressive cameras, highlighted by a 180 MP periscope system on the Pro variant.

The Magic6 and 6 Pro are equipped with a 6.8-inch curved LTPO AMOLED panel with a resolution of 1,264 x 2,800 pixels and a variable refresh rate of 1-120Hz. Honor says the phone offers a maximum brightness of 1,800 nits in auto mode and up to a whopping 5,000 nits in HDR content.
Both displays also feature 4,320Hz ultra-high-frequency pulse dimming and have a built-in 50 MP camera with f/2.0 aperture. The Magic6 has a single punch-hole cutout, while the Magic6 Pro has a pill-shaped punch-hole that offers face unlock with 3D sensor support.
The back has a redesigned camera cluster with a 50MP main camera with f/1.4-f/2.0 variable aperture on Magic6 Pro and a 50MP f/1.9 camera on Magic6. Honor will also bring a 180MP periscope lens with 2.5x optical zoom and up to 100x digital zoom to the Pro model and a 50MP ultra-wide lens.

The Magic6 version has a 32 MP telephoto lens with 2.5x optical zoom and 50x digital zoom, combined with a 50 MP ultra-wide lens. Both phones come with Honor's new MagicOS 8.0 based on Android 14. Users can choose configurations with 12GB to 16GB of RAM, with up to 1TB of internal storage on the Pro model.
The Honor Magic6 offers a 5,450 mAh battery with 66W wired and 50W wireless charging via Honor's proprietary wireless charger. The Magic6 Pro variant has a battery capacity of up to 5,600 mAh providing 80W wired charging and 66W wireless charging.
Connectivity is also impressive, including support for Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.3, while the Magic6 Pro adds satellite connectivity in China. Both have infrared ports to control home appliances as well as meet IP68 waterproof and dustproof standards.

Honor Magic6 and Magic6 Pro are available in black, green, blue, purple and white. Prices in China for the product start at $620 for the 12/256GB Magic6 and top out at $943 for the Magic6 Pro with 16GB RAM and 1TB SSD. The products will start selling in China on January 18. The selling price and time of product release to the international market will be announced by Honor later.
