Xiaomi is preparing to officially launch its new folding screen smartphone called Xiaomi Mix Flip.
This will be the first vertical folding screen smartphone launched by the Chinese brand during its years of operation. According to sources on the GizmoChina forum, Mix Flip will have a dual rear camera setup, in which the main camera uses a 50 MP Light Hunter 800 sensor, and the secondary camera has a 60 MP OV60A sensor. With this sensor setup, Mix Flip will have 2x optical zoom and stand out from its competitors in terms of quality. Furthermore, users will be able to use the rear camera as a front camera due to the device's design structure, along with the small screen right below the camera.

Unlike the Xiaomi 14 Pro and Redmi K70 Pro duo launched at the same time, Xiaomi Mix Flip is expected to have a 1.5K resolution screen. It is worth noting that this smartphone will be equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip - a high-performance CPU designed with the big goal of improving performance in synthetic artificial intelligence (AI).
