The new iPad models not only feature larger OLED displays, but also the latest processors.
Last year, Apple did something it hadn't done since 2009: It didn't release a new iPad model in 2023.
However, Apple returned to tradition earlier this year when it released the new 11-inch and 13-inch iPad Pro tablets, the first iPads to feature OLED displays.

These high-end tablets not only feature OLED displays, but also feature stacked parallel displays that create brighter and more durable displays.
According to Phonearena, Apple is also introducing the latest version of the iPad Air model and even introducing a new 13-inch iPad model to give consumers the opportunity to own a large-screen tablet at a cheaper price than the 13-inch OLED iPad Pro . Experts expect Apple to update the iPad mini and the standard iPad model later this year.
Now, we can get a better idea of what to expect from Apple's new iPad models later this year thanks to a post on the "X" social network by @aaronp613. The post talks about the iPad identifiers that were discovered by another account named @nicolas09F9.

As for connecting each identifier to a specific iPad, it's all speculation, and of the 14 codes discovered, five are for iPad models that have been retired by Apple:

iPad15.3 - M3 11-inch Pro Wi-Fi (removed)

Leaks also suggest that Apple may have considered an M3-powered iPad Pro version before releasing a new version with the M4 chip. The information also indicates that the seventh-generation iPad mini will be equipped with the 3nm A17 Pro application processor, the same chipset that powers the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max. The next standard iPad, the 11th generation, will be equipped with the A16 Bionic chipset that currently powers the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max.
The next generation of iPad Pro will retain the 11-inch and 13-inch screen sizes and will feature the yet-to-be-announced M5 chip, which could be manufactured using TSMC's 2nm process and should enter mass production next year.
