According to GSMArena, Xiaomi is expected to launch its first foldable screen phone MIX Flip later this month in China.
On Weibo, Xiaomi said its new factory in Beijing has started operating. This is a smart factory, 100% automated. "MIX Fold 4 and MIX Flip are produced here and will be released in July," Xiaomi announced.

Xiaomi MIX Flip is expected to compete with other foldable phone models such as Motorola Razr 50 Ultra, Honor Magic V Flip and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 in the Chinese market.
The first real-life images of the MIX Flip have been leaked from the Taiwan Communications Commission (NCC) website, revealing details about the device, along with some information about the battery and charging specifications.

The Xiaomi MIX Flip has been certified with the model number 2405CPX3DG and features a vertically aligned dual camera setup. There are no details on the size of the rear display, but it looks like the MIX Flip will be similar to the Honor Magic V Flip and Moto Razr 50 Ultra. Both phones feature a 4-inch rear display.

The back of the device has a subtle Xiaomi logo while the main screen has a hole for the selfie camera. The device will use a dual camera, instead of three cameras as some previous rumors. The camera cluster is placed vertically, on the outer screen. The inner folding screen is a hole-punch.

In terms of size, the Xiaomi MIX Flip is 72 mm wide and 86 mm long when folded. Information on NCC shows that the MIX Flip will support 67 W fast charging. This will be the fastest charging clamshell smartphone when launched. The device is expected to use a dual battery of 1,145 and 3,595 mAh.
Previous leaks suggest that the Xiaomi MIX Flip will feature a powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset with a 50 MP main camera with a 1/1.55" sensor size and OIS, and a 60 MP 2x telephoto camera.

According to Playfuldroid, other reports reveal that the base variant of the Xiaomi MIX Flip will include 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The model is expected to come in 12GB/512GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB models. An external speaker is also rumored to be located just above the display. The device may feature a fingerprint sensor integrated into the power button on the side for security.
The Xiaomi MIX Flip is expected to launch in China later this month and unlike the company's other foldable phones, it's possible that the Mix Flip model will also launch in international markets.
