Speaking of health features, the Apple Watch Series 10 has the ability to detect sleep apnea – a disorder that causes breathing to repeatedly stop and start while you sleep.
The Apple Watch Series 10 can determine when a user has sleep apnea based on its sleep tracking feature.
Similar to the new Vitals app in watchOS 11, users must wear their Apple Watch while sleeping for a few days before being diagnosed with sleep apnea.

The new Apple Watch models also have better water resistance, now certified for underwater sports at depths of up to 20 meters. For that reason, Apple is bringing the Depth app (currently exclusive to the Ultra models) to the Series 10.

In terms of hardware, the Apple Watch Series 10 will be equipped with the Apple S10 chip with upgrades to both the NPU and CPU. Apple also brought back the Titanium version instead of the steel version and it is also Titanium Grade 5, finished in a glossy form instead of a matte form like the previous Apple Watch Series 5 or iPhone 15 Pro.

Pre-orders for the Apple Watch Series 10 will begin on Friday, September 13, with the official launch the following week, September 20. Prices start at $399 for the 44mm version.

The Ultra 2 retains the same design as its predecessor, just with a slightly faster chip, brighter display, and improved ultra-wideband technology.
