The upgraded version of the Galaxy Z Fold 6 model will be thinner and have a "huge" camera.
According to Extremetech, a post on social network X (Twitter) by reputable leaker Evan Blass revealed a thinner Z Fold 6 model, called "Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition".
The latest leaked information shows that this phone may be equipped with some much
more advanced features than the standard Z Fold 6, most notably a 200MP camera.

Like all of Samsung ’s previous foldable phones , the Z Fold 6 is the most expensive device in the company’s current lineup.
However, foldable phones almost always have worse camera quality than standard flagships due to a combination of cost and space.
While the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra has a 200MP main image sensor, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 only has a 50MP main camera.
According to Evan "evleaks" Blass, a tech leaker with a lot of previous information, the Z Fold Special Edition will have a 200MP camera.
If this information is correct, the device's camera will be the recently announced Samsung ISOCELL HP9 sensor.
This sensor is a step down from the 200MP HP2 camera in the Galaxy S24 Ultra, but a significant upgrade over the Galaxy Z Fold 6 camera.

Other leaks suggest the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition will still have a much thinner chassis than the company’s other foldable phones, measuring 10.6mm when folded and 4.9mm when unfolded.
That’s slightly less than Google’s newly launched Pixel 9 Pro Fold, which is considered the thinnest foldable phone on the market.
Google could lose that position in September or October, according to the leaks.
The Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition is expected to have an 8-inch internal foldable display and a 6.5-inch display on the outside.
There's not much information about the device's specs yet, but its reported dimensions suggest it will have a smaller battery than the Z Fold 6.
It will be much lighter, though. The weight of foldable devices can make them difficult to hold and carry around.
The leak also revealed that the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition will only launch in South Korea and China, in order to compete with increasingly slim foldable phones from domestic brands like Xiaomi and Oppo
