According to experts, the price increase for the iPhone 16 series could curb the influence of Apple Intelligence.
Investment firm Piper Sandler believes Apple Intelligence will not drive iPhone 16 sales initially, and that the expected price hike could hurt demand.

That's because Apple Intelligence features will launch later this year, rather than with the iPhone 16 lineup.
The company also said it needs to do more to promote the benefits of Apple Intelligence because "there have been no groundbreaking consumer AI applications" to date.
Piper Sandler doesn't expect "any revolutionary hardware improvements" but is also curious about whether Apple can continue to maintain current iPhone pricing.
Analysts say it's possible Apple will have to raise prices on the iPhone 16 lineup due to Apple Intelligence costs. However, any price increase on the iPhone could be problematic.
