Samsung's next generation of premium Android tablets is here.
This year, the standard 11-inch Galaxy Tab S has been dropped, leaving only the 12.4-inch Galaxy Tab S10+ and 14.6-inch Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra models.

For the first time, the Tab S tablet is equipped with a MediaTek chip, the Dimensity 9300+. This chip is manufactured on
TSMC's 3rd generation 4nm process, has 1 Cortex-X4 core at 3.4 GHz, 3 other X4 cores at 2.85 GHz, and 4 Cortex-A720 cores at 2.0 GHz.
The GPU is an ARM Immortalis-G720 and there is a MediaTek 790 NPU.
Compared to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 inside the Galaxy Tab S9 generation, the new CPU is 18% faster, the new GPU is 28% faster, and the new NPU delivers a 14% performance increase, Samsung says.

They are also about 15g lighter, while maintaining an IP68 dust and water resistance rating.
The casing is made of super-durable Armor Aluminum.
The Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra has a 14.6-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2,960 x 1,848px and a refresh rate of 120Hz. It has two cameras: a 12MP wide-angle camera and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera.

Interestingly, despite using the same chip, the two tablets have different connectivity options. Both have Wi-Fi and 5G connectivity. However, the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra has sub-6GHz 5G and Wi-Fi 7 (be) connectivity.
The 5G version of the smaller Samsung Galaxy Tab S10+ comes with both sub-6GHz and mmWave 5G options but is limited to Wi-Fi 6E (ax) connectivity.
The Galaxy Tab S10+ has a 12.4-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2,800 x 1,752px. And since there's only one front-facing camera (12MP wide), it's built into the bezel, with no notch. Both tablets have an anti-reflective coating.
