Xiaomi is working on its next generation of tablets, including the Xiaomi Pad 7 and Pad 7 Pro.
Xiaomi is about to launch two new tablet models called Xiaomi Pad 7 and Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro,
replacing the Xiaomi Pad 6 and Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro duo that were introduced last April.
Recently, the specifications of both have been leaked in China.

According to leaker @Experience More on Weibo, both new tablet models will have 11.16-inch screens with a 144Hz refresh rate.
Both versions are expected to use LCD panels, unlike previous rumors that the Pad 7 Pro would be Xiaomi's first product equipped with an OLED panel.
In terms of performance, some previous leaks said that the Xiaomi Pad 7 is equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip,
while the Pad 7 Pro will use a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. However, according to the latest post by
@Experience More, the standard version will use a Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chip,

while the Pro model will be equipped with a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC.
The expected charging speed is 45W for Pad 7 and 67W for Pad 7 Pro

Additionally, previous reports have suggested that the
Pad 7 series will run on HyperOS 2.0, based on Android 15, and will be powered by a 10,000mAh battery.
The new devices will feature a fingerprint sensor on the power button.
While it is unclear whether Xiaomi will support 5G connectivity, the tablets are expected to support WiFi 7 and feature a USB Type-C 3.2 port for fast data transfer.
