Redmi K80 Pro, with its performance scores in the recent test, promises to be a strong competitor in the high-end smartphone segment.
Redmi CEO Wang Teng recently revealed new information about the upcoming Redmi K80 series. The images shared by Wang show that the Redmi K80 Pro has surpassed two unnamed competitors in an AnTuTu performance test, with an impressive score of 3,016,450. Meanwhile, the other two smartphones only achieved 2,832,981 and 2,738,065 points, respectively.

According to previous sources, the Redmi K80 Pro will be equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, while the standard version of the Redmi K80 will use a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip. Mr. Wang Teng also said that the Redmi K80 Pro will have a more competitive price than the OnePlus 13, a OnePlus smartphone with a starting price of 4,499 CNY (about 15.9 million VND).
For comparison, the Redmi K70 Pro launched last year started at CNY 3,299 (about VND 11.7 million). However, the K80 Pro's price is expected to increase this year, which is inevitable with flagship devices using Qualcomm's new processors.

The Redmi K80 series is expected to be introduced later this month, with both the K80 and K80 Pro versions featuring a 6.67-inch flat screen, 2K resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate, along with IP68 dust and water resistance.
The Redmi K80 Pro will support 120W wired charging and 50W wireless charging, while the standard version will have 90W and 30W respectively.
