Revealing the identity of the first A-series phone equipped with 45W fast charging by Samsung.
Samsung is gradually narrowing the gap between the mid-range Galaxy A series and the high-end Galaxy S. According to the latest leaked information, the Galaxy A56 will be equipped with 45W fast charging technology, a feature previously only available on high-end devices.
This information was revealed from the CCC (China Compulsory Certification) certification of the Galaxy A56 (model number SM-A5660). Accordingly, this device supports charging with a voltage of 10V and a current of 4.5A, equivalent to a capacity of 45W.
This is a significant upgrade over the Galaxy A55, which only supports 25W fast charging. The Galaxy A56 even charges faster than the standard Galaxy S24.
Samsung brings fast charging to the Galaxy A series.
Previously, Samsung has equipped 45W fast charging for some mid-range devices such as Galaxy F and Galaxy M, but this is the first time this technology appears on the Galaxy A series.
Besides 45W fast charging, Galaxy A56 is also rumored to have many other valuable upgrades such as powerful Exynos 1580 chip, 12MP selfie camera, rear camera system with 50MP main sensor and longer software support time.
With these improvements, the Galaxy A56 promises to be an attractive choice in the mid-range smartphone segment, attracting users to upgrade from the Galaxy A52, A53 and A54 generations.
