Toshiba's new computer model has a strange design, integrated with a printer.
Toshiba Tec, a subsidiary of Toshiba Japan, has introduced the latest product in its line of all-in-one (AIO) personal computers, the Jimucon SJ-9500. According to information from PC Watch, this computer model is equipped with a dot matrix printer, a slot to store the keyboard, along with a backup battery, to better serve the needs of use in the office environment.

The Jimucon SJ-9500 has a 15-inch LCD display with a resolution of 1024 x 768, which is enough for office tasks from word processing to Point of Sale (POS) systems. It is equipped with dual 240GB SSDs, one for primary use and the other for data backup.
However, with 8GB of RAM and an unspecified CPU, this product is mainly aimed at standard office work, not for heavy tasks like video editing or high-end graphics.
The Jimucon line of computers has been available in Japan since 1982, and Toshiba aims to sell 1,000 units a year for the SJ-9500. For connectivity, it has six USB ports, a serial port, a Gigabit Ethernet port, and a DisplayPort for connecting to an external monitor. It also comes with a DVD drive and a touchscreen, along with a stylus, keyboard, and dust cover.
While this AIO may not be for everyone, the presence of specialized designs like the Toshiba Jimucon SJ-9500 is still appreciated. If this product is popular, it is likely to be distributed in the US market, although shipping costs may be high due to the weight of each SJ-9500 up to 23kg.
