Motorola has just officially introduced its two latest 4G smartphones, Moto G15 and Moto G15 Power, to the global market.
Both devices are powered by the MediaTek Helio G81-Ultra chip with IP54 dust and water resistance, along with stereo speakers and Dolby Atmos support.
The Moto G15 and G15 Power feature a 6.72-inch FHD+ LCD display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The display has a 60Hz refresh rate that strikes a balance between performance and power efficiency.
The Moto G15 and Moto G15 Power are aimed at the budget segment.
Both phones are powered by the MediaTek Helio G81-Ultra chipset, which includes two Cortex-A75 cores clocked at 2 GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 1.7 GHz. Graphics are handled by the ARM Mali-G52 MP2 GPU. They run on Android 15, offer 4 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128 GB, 256 GB and 512 GB of internal storage options, which can be expanded up to 1 TB via a microSD card slot.
The rear camera system of the Moto G15 and G15 Power includes a 50 MP primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, a 5 MP ultra-wide sensor (f/2.4) and an LED flash. An 8 MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture is available for selfies and video calling. Notable audio features include a 3.5 mm audio jack, stereo speakers and Dolby Atmos support for enhanced music listening experience.
The device is equipped with a powerful camera on the back.
The Moto G15 measures 165.67 x 75.98 x 8.17mm and weighs 190 grams, while the G15 Power is slightly thicker at 8.8mm and weighs 203 grams. Both devices come with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. Connectivity options include dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, USB-C, and NFC (depending on the region). While the Moto G15 packs a 5,200 mAh battery with 18W fast charging, the Moto G15 Power has a larger 6,000 mAh battery with the same charging speed.
The Moto G15 and Moto G15 Power will be available in Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and Asia-Pacific. Motorola says specific pricing and availability details will be announced by region in the coming weeks, but the phones are promised to be "extremely affordable."
