Now, the internal storage and RAM options of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra flagship smartphone have been revealed.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra — expected to launch early next year — will come in three storage and RAM options. According to previous rumors, Samsung is increasing the RAM compared to the Galaxy S24 Ultra, possibly to support on-device AI.

According to Jukanlosreve, the three memory versions of the Galaxy S25 Ultra will be as follows:
- RAM 12GB/ ROM 256GB
- RAM 16GB/ ROM 512GB
- RAM 16GB/ ROM 1TB
The last Ultra phone with 16GB of RAM was the Galaxy S21 Ultra. Since then, every Ultra phone has had 12GB of RAM.
While 16GB of RAM is overkill and has been phased out of Samsung's flagship lineup, there are still plenty of other high-end smartphones that come with it. Now, Samsung has a reason to go back to 16GB of RAM, and perhaps that's why Apple bumped the RAM on the standard iPhone 16 to 8GB.

Apple has refused to bring its AI features to older iPhone models with less than 8GB of RAM. The company says Apple Intelligence can’t function without at least 8GB of memory. Likewise, Galaxy AI, which has a host of new features for the Galaxy S25 series, will require more RAM.
In addition, the upcoming Galaxy S25 Ultra will run on the extremely powerful Snapdragon 8 Elite processor, and the battery capacity and screen may remain the same as its predecessor.
According to a leaked video along with images and renders, Samsung is ditching the signature sharp edges in favor of more rounded edges for this Galaxy S25 Ultra.
