According to Jukanlosreve, the three memory versions of the Galaxy S25 Ultra will be as follows:
- 12GB RAM/ 256GB ROM
- 16GB RAM/ 512GB ROM
- 16GB RAM/ 1TB ROM
The last Ultra phone with 1
6GB of RAM was the Galaxy S21 Ultra. Since then, every Ultra phone has had 12GB of RAM.
