Now, the iPhone 14 and iPhone SE are no longer available for sale in most EU countries.
Now, Apple will no longer sell the iPhone 14 Series and iPhone SE in the European Union due to laws in the region that require all smartphones sold there to have a USB-C port.
Apple stops selling iPhone 14 and SE 3 in the EU
According to MacRumors, users have been unable to find the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, and iPhone SE 3 in Apple's online stores in most EU countries. Under the region's regulations, companies must update their products with USB-C ports by December 28 or they will no longer be sold in the EU.

These devices are no longer sold in countries like Germany, Spain, France, Italy and Portugal. They are still available in the UK because the country is no longer a member of the European Union.
With the iPhone 15 series coming in 2023, USB-C ports will become standard on all iPhone models. The company has also included USB-C ports in accessories like AirPods and the Magic Mouse. However, Apple still sells the iPhone 14 and iPhone SE, both of which have Lightning ports.
For EU customers, they will miss out on the cheapest iPhone SE. The iPhone 14, due in September 2022, will retain the iPhone 13 design with some minor hardware improvements – such as satellite-based Emergency SOS notifications. The iPhone SE 3, due in March 2022, will feature the old iPhone 8 design and Home button.
iPhone 14 Series does not have USB-C port.
Apple will introduce a new iPhone SE 4 with a USB-C port early next year, which is probably why the company hasn’t bothered to discontinue the current iPhone SE 3 in the EU. As for the iPhone 14, it will be discontinued in September 2025 when the iPhone 17 series is launched.
