A compact tablet model is being developed by Redmi with powerful performance to support gaming.
For a long time, the Android tablet market has been lacking high-performance products with small sizes. Previously, the Lenovo Savior Y700 was considered the "only seed" in this segment. However, a few months ago, information about a high-performance small-sized tablet from Redmi was confirmed, which is currently in the prototype development process and is expected to launch next year.

According to the latest information from blogger @DigitalChatStation, the configuration of this new product has been revealed. The Redmi tablet will have a high-resolution LCD screen with a size of 8.8 inches and a rounded corner design without a punch hole. This means that the screen bezel will not be super thin, an important factor for gaming devices, helping to reduce the risk of accidental touches or slipping off the screen.
The product will be equipped with the Dimensity 9400 platform, along with an all-metal body, which improves heat dissipation and optimizes the chip's performance. If the testing process goes smoothly, the tablet will also be equipped with a dedicated graphics chip, promising stronger gaming performance and lower power consumption, making it an ideal product for gamers from Redmi.
