According to experts, the LG G5 TV will be the crown jewel of the 2025 OLED TV lineup. It is the successor to one of the best TVs of 2024, the LG G4. The LG G5 TV will come in the
following sizes: 48, 55, 65, 77, 83, and 97 inches. Each version is designed to be wall-mounted, and none of them come with a stand in the box (which can be purchased separately).

Last year's LG G4 TV success had a lot to do with LG's Micro Lens Array (MLA) technology, which al
lowed for some of the brightest HDR highlights on an OLED TV. This year, LG has ditched MLA altogether, while still claiming brighter pictures than last year.
The G5's most notable upgrade is its native refresh rate, which goes up to 165Hz. Since 4K console games still stick to 120Hz, its appeal is limited to a small niche of gamers. L
ike the G4, Variable Refresh Rate (VRR), FreeSync Premium, and G-Sync compatibility are also included.

The LG G5 TV uses LG's second-generation Alpha 11 AI Processor and many of the latest performance and software improvements that leverage AI.
In addition, the new LG G5 OLED also gives users the ability to personalize images and sounds to their own preferences using AI Picture/Sound Wizard.

With the LG M5 OLED evo TV, they are suitable for those willing to spend money on a futuristic approach.
So what's so special about this product? Basically, the LG M5 OLED evo TV is an LG G5 TV with wireless connectivity. It's the successor to the 2024 LG M4.

All of the TV's inputs are housed in a separate box (called the Zero Connect Box on the LG M4) that then wirelessly transmits audio and video to the M5's OLED screen. Previously, the M4's Zero Connect Box had a range of 10 meters. Like the LG G Series, the LG M5 does not use MLA technology.
Some gamers may feel more comfortable opting for the G5 and its 165Hz refresh rate (the M5 is 144Hz), but the M5 also has VRR, FreeSync, and G-Sync compatibility.
The TV is powered by the Gen2 Alpha 11 processor, which uses the same AI-based features as the LG G5 TV, including: AI Search and AI Voice ID, which recognizes the viewer's voice and switches user profiles accordingly.
For shoppers looking for an expensive, eye-catching TV that showcases cutting-edge technology, the LG M5 TV will be in a class of its own.
