Camera
Once again, Samsung
has dedicated the best camera set to the Galaxy S25 Ultra with a quad-camera cluster, including: 200MP
main camera, 50MP telephoto camera with periscope lens - already on the Galaxy S24 Ultra. In addition, the flagship also has a new 50MP ultra-wide-angle (UWA) lens.

Some of the improvements in this generation include upgrades like increasing HDR fidelity from 8-bit t
o 10-bit and cleaner macro-close-up performance, significantly reduced shutter lag.

d Galaxy S25 Plus. All three phones have the same 12MP front camera as their predecessors.
Efficiency
The Galaxy S25 trio are all powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip. According to Samsung's figures, this year's phones can deliver 37% higher CPU performance and 30% faster GPU than last year's Galaxy S24 models.

It is commendable that the Galaxy S25 has 12GB of RAM. Previously, with the S24 series, the Galaxy S24 only had 8GB of RAM while the two larger versions both had 12GB of RAM.
Screen
While the basic Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Plus retain the same screen sizes of 6.2 and 6.7 inches respectively, the Galaxy S25 Ultra has upgraded the screen size from 6.8 to 6.9 inches.
Despite the increase in size, the phone doesn't feel much larger than the Galaxy S24 Ultra thanks to the small bezels.

Samsung once again turned to Corning for display protection, giving the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Plus the same Gorilla Glass Victus 2 as their predecessors. The Galaxy S25 Ultra, on the other hand, features second-generation Gorilla Armor glass with 40% improved durability.
Design, color
Samsung is bringing the Ultra closer to its smaller siblings with curved corners. All three are significantly lighter than last year's Galaxy S series. The Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25 Plus, and Galaxy S25 Ultra weigh just 162, 190, and 218 grams, respectively. That's a definite improvement for the Ultra.
