Xiaomi is developing a successor to its MIX Flip foldable phone.
Accordingly, MIX Flip 2 will be launched in the first half of 2025, equipped with Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, promising to bring outstanding performance to users. In addition, technology leaker @That_Kartikey revealed that this smartphone model will have a larger battery capacity, about 5,600 to 5,700 mAh, a significant improvement compared to the 4,780 mAh battery of the previous generation MIX Flip.
In particular, Xiaomi is trying to integrate a larger battery without increasing the size or thickness of the device. Instead, the MIX Flip 2 will have a thinner and lighter design than the first version. For comparison, the current MIX Flip is 7.6mm thick and weighs about 190 grams. Fans are looking forward to the surprises that Xiaomi will bring in the near future.
