ASUS is about to launch the ZenFone 12 Ultra and new leaked images have revealed the official design and configuration.

On February 6, ASUS will officially launch the flagship smartphone ZenFone 12 Ultra. Recently, information about this product has been widely shared. Recently, technology site WinFuture.de has published official press images along with detailed specifications of ZenFone 12 Ultra, the successor to ZenFone 11 Ultra.

The ZenFone 12 Ultra has a premium design, different from ASUS's gaming line. Although it has a similar design to the ROG Phone 9 Pro, the camera module has been redesigned with recessed details such as 50MP, OIS and gimbal stabilization technology. Different from the rugged design of the ROG Phone line, the ZenFone 12 Ultra offers a more refined look with many eye-catching color options, including black, green and pink.

In terms of configuration, this phone is equipped with a 6.78-inch Samsung LTPO OLED screen with a resolution of 2,400 x 1,080 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz, which can reach 144Hz in some games. Inside, the ZenFone 12 Ultra uses a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, combined with 8GB or 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 internal storage.

In terms of photography, the device will feature a 50-megapixel Sony Lytia 700 sensor with hardware-based gimbal anti-shake technology. It will also feature a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and a 32-megapixel telephoto sensor with 3x optical zoom, OIS support. The front camera will feature a 32-megapixel sensor for selfies and video calls.

The ZenFone 12 Ultra also has a 5,500 mAh battery with support for 65W wired fast charging and 15W Qi wireless charging. The device will run on Android 15 operating system out of the box, along with AI features to enhance photography and video recording capabilities. Notably, the product still retains the 3.5mm headphone jack and meets IP68 water and dust resistance standards.
