Apple has officially added iMac models using M4 chips to its certified refurbished stores in
the US, Canada, UK and several other countries. This is the first time these c
omputers have been available since their launch in October 2024 .

Like other refurbished Apple prod
ucts, all M4 iMac configurations are discounted by about 15% compared to comparable new models on the company’s online store. In
the US, the starting price for this all-in-one is $1,099, down from $1,299 for the new version.

Apple promises to perform “full functional testing” and “thorough cleaning an
d inspection” on refurbished Macs. These products come with a one-year limited warran
ty and are eligible for the AppleCare+ extended warranty program.
With quality almost equivalent to new machines, Apple's refurbished Macs
offer users the opportunity to save significantly when choosing to buy these computer models.
